Q: I just had a baby! Am I ready for a fitness class?

A: We recommend that you wait until 4 to 6 weeks post partum before you embark on any exercise program. If you are in any doubt, contact your health care provider for clearance.

Q: What do I bring?

A: You will need a sturdy stroller, water bottle, rain cover (weather dependant), appropriate clothing for you and your baby and a towel or mat to sit on for abdominal work and stretching.

Q: What if it rains?

A: Classes are rain or shine, so be prepared!

Q: Where do we meet?

A: Classes are held on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Check our schedule for up to date class times and meeting places. Please call 604-786-5688 if you get lost.

Q: What happens if my toddler won’t stay in the stroller?

A: No problem! Our instructors are there to enable your work out and keep your child happy. Older tots can join in or watch.

Q: I am new to fitness; what if I cannot keep up?

A: Our progressive work outs are designed to let each mom work out at their own pace. Running, power walking or strolling are always options. No one gets left behind!
